Cleveland Police have arrested two people in connection with a raging fire that destroyed part of a city block on Cleveland's west side.
The accused firebugs are now facing arson charges after getting caught on tape.
Police arrested Rafael Torres and Nicky Lester. Both men live near 98th and Madison, the address of the fire. Cops say the fire in November was purposely set. Flames started in an empty building and spread to other buildings with apartments.
A while back several businesspeople including Councilman Jay Westbrook teamed up to put up cameras and those cameras are key evidence in this case. Cuyahoga County prosecutors and Cleveland Arson investigators built the case.
No one died in the fires but businesses were destroyed.
