Two people had to be cut out of a car after crashing into a building early Monday morning.
Around 1:45 a.m., Cleveland Police responded to reports of a car into a building on Walford Avenue at West 100th Street. Upon arrival, police discovered the occupants were trapped and injured. Firefighters had to perform a vehicle extrication and cut the passengers out.
One man and one woman were rushed by EMS to MetroHealth Medical Center with trauma injuries. Their conditions are unknown at this time. It's unclear if anyone else was in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
The accident is under investigation.
