BROOK PARK, OH (WOIO) - The City of Brook Park will again proudly welcome the Ohio Flags of Honor Foundation to the city on July 13-15.
The Ohio Flags of Honor Foundation was founded to honor the men and women from Ohio that paid the ultimate price protecting our freedom in the service of their country in Iraq and Afghanistan.
To memorialize the Fallen Heroes, the foundation has created a traveling display of over 550 United States flags. Over 250 of the flags represent those brave Ohioans that lost their lives and have individual flag poles inscribed with each service member's name.
The Flags of Honor will be on display at Brook Park's City Hall, at 6161 Engle Road and open to the public from Friday evening July 13th to Sunday afternoon July 15th.
