Masked man cuts phone line, breaks into Buffalo Wild Wings

A 48-year-old Cleveland man busted breaking into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Streetsboro.

It happened early Thursday morning around 2:30 a.m. at the restaurant on SR 14.

When officers arrived, they found a phone line cut on the outside of the building. 

As they continued to check the building, they saw the suspect - identified as Thomas A. Yafanaro - inside the building wearing a ski mask. Yafanaro attempted to run out the front door, but stopped when confronted by officers just outside the front doors.

At the time of arrest, he was wearing a ski mask and gloves and he was carrying a pry bar, wedge and flashlight. Officers found the back door to the business forced open and three cash registers were damaged however, according to the store manager, nothing was found missing. 

Yafanaro was charged with Breaking & Entering, Possession of Criminal Tools, Disrupting Public Services and Safecracking.
