3rd teen murder suspect extradited to Cleveland

The third suspect in the shooting death of 14-year-old Lataevia Williams has been extradited to Cleveland.

19-year-old Latiss Irons was arrested on an aggravated murder warrant in Marion County earlier this week.

Friday, another 19-year-old accused in the shooting death of the teen girl made his first court appearance.

Bond was set at $2M for Marcus Anderson, and he was bound over to a grand jury. Anderson has been charged with murder.

Lataevia Williams was shot and killed last Sunday morning outside of a birthday house party. The shooting happened just after midnight at East 125th and Elberon Avenue on the border of Cleveland and East Cleveland.

In addition to Anderson, a 16-year-old suspect has also been charged with murder and felony assault. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center.
