Constance Pokorny, one of the victim's of last week's deadly 'Dancing in the Streets festival' crash, is out of the hospital.
According to Metrohealth, Pokorny went home on Friday.
Pokorny and two others were injured when 35-year-old Timothy Spock drove into a crowd of people Sunday evening at West 117th and Clifton.
Mitchell Andelmo and Basil Bass were both killed in the accident. Bass' family members have set up a fund to help with his burial expenses. You can donate at any First Merit bank.
Spock, meantime, remains locked up a $150,000 bond.
