Indians Blow Big Lead On Way To 11th Straight Loss

Cleveland (WOIO) - Another night, another loss for the plummeting Indians, as they blew a 5-1 lead in the 7th, en route to their 11th straight defeat.

Justin Morneau, who'd staked the Twins to a 1-0 lead early in this game, came back to haunt the Tribe time and time again.  His ground ball to Jason Kipnis went through the second baseman's legs in the 7th, allowing two runs to score and pull the Twins within one, 5-4.

Morneau followed that up in the 9th by hitting a shot to first that Casey Kotchman couldn't handle, allowing the tying run to score.

The Twins added two more in the inning to secure the 7-5 win.
