MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - The Lorain County Coroner's office says the cause of death for Mayfield Heights man, Marco Gianfagna may be a drug overdose.
There are no obvious signs of a struggle or anything suspicious on Gianfagna's body. The coroner says it will take about 2 weeks for test results to come back.
Gianfagna's body was discovered inside his car around 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sheffield Village by police officers.
The coroner was able to determine that Gianfagna had been dead since July 30, which was the day he was last seen.
Detective had determined that Gianfagna had last used his cell phone to check his voicemail around 8 p.m. on July 30, and the signal had come from a tower in Lorain County.
His family tells 19 Action News Gianfagna was starting his own business and traveled locally quite frequently.
Gianfagna was married with four children.
