LORAIN, OH (WOIO) - The 30-year-old Lorain man accused of murdering his girlfriend appeared in a Kentucky courtroom Friday afternoon.
Police arrested Albert Fine, 30, in the Lowe's parking lot off Nicholasville Road in Lexington around 7:30 Thursday night.
Wednesday, Lorain police found the body of 26-year-old Catherine Hoholski in the couple's apartment on Tower Boulevard.
Hoholski's family reported her missing in mid-July. They became concerned when she stopped showing up to Metro Hospital to visit her premature newborn.
32-year-old Merry Bennett, aka River, was also considered a person of interest in the case. She was located in Kentucky, too, but was questioned and released.
Hoholski's cause of death remains under investigation.
