LORAIN, OH (WOIO) - It was a somber Sunday night in Lorain. Dozens filled an amphitheater in Veterans Park to honor and remember Catherine Hoholski.
Kat Hoholski was loved, and she is missed. That's the message friends and family wanted to share at Sunday night's vigil, honoring the 26-year-old mother and murder victim.
Candles illuminated more than a hundred tear stained faces as they remembered the loyal, tenderhearted Kat, who leaves behind her preemie daughter Jasmine.
Her live-in boyfriend Albert Fine is accused of killing her, most likely about a month ago. Her body went undiscovered in a storage area of the apartment the couple shared.
Just this weekend, the Coroner told 19 Action News her body was in a storage container.
A manhunt for Fine lasted just 24 hours. Fine was found and arrested in Kentucky.
He appeared in court late last week and is in the process of being extradited back to Ohio so he can face murder charges.
