Slumlord faces a judge

Cleveland landlord Nick Dionisopoulos is back in Housing Court after he violated his probation from 2008.

The court was not happy with Nick because he isn't keeping up on some of his 70 rental units.

"We will take $10,000 and next month another 10 until the $50,000 that you were fined," Magistrate David Roberts said in court Tuesday.

Three of Dionisopoulos' properties just failed inspections.  You first saw Dionisopoulos' handy work in 2008 in Strongsville.

"It's not right what he's doing to people, it's sad," victim Barbara Johnson said.

This family of four put up with a broken furnace and their water was shut off.  The roof leaked and so did the gas and there was mold.

"It was horrible, it was very horrible and he wouldn't come and help us, he would do nothing and he kept letting us live like this."

Now, it's 10 grand a month if this landlord doesn't clean up.

When we asked Dionisopoulos if he had anything to say, he simply replied, "I don't want to say nothing."
