Cleveland Street Festival killer indicted

New charges have been filed against a suspected drunk driver for plowing into a crowd at a street festival killing two people.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutors have indicted Timothy Spock.  He's been hit with seven charges including homicide with a vehicle assault with a vehicle and DUI.

Investigators say last month Spock drove through a barricade, right into the crowd at the dancing in the Streets Festival on the Cleveland, Lakewood border.  Two people died.  Others got hurt.
