California man charged in local real estate fraud scheme

A California man has been indicted for a major real estate fraud scheme in Cleveland.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutors have indicted Mark Tow, of Costa Mesa, Calfornia.

The charges including engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, money laundering and theft.

Court records show Tow ran an enterprise deceiving investors in local properties.
