Three men have been indicted on 30 charges for shooting into a crowd and killing a 14-year-old girl.
Marcus Anderson, Derek Ashford and Latiss Irons have been charged with aggravated murder, attempted murder, felony assault, aggravated riot and more.
Lataevia Williams was shot and killed earlier this month outside of a birthday house party. The shooting happened at East 125th and Elberon Avenue on the border of Cleveland and East Cleveland.
Investigators tell 19 Action News the gunmen fired into a crowd of 30-60 people outside the teen house party. Four other people were also injured in the shooting.
A 16-year-old was also arrested and charged in juvenile court. He is the brother of Marcus Anderson.
