Parma bank robber on the loose

PARMA, OH (WOIO) -

Police in Parma are asking for the public's help in identifying a man in connection with a bank robbery. It happened at the Ohio Savings in the area of Broadview Road and Snow Road.

The heist happened Saturday, August 25 at 10:39 a.m.

The suspect handed the teller a note implying a threat, and demanded money. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

Witnesses described the man as being approximately 6'0", 160 lbs., in his mid 20's.  At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a dark plaid shirt, khaki pants, black tennis shoes, sunglasses and a Chicago Bulls baseball cap.
