Cleveland (WOIO) - One of the biggest collapses in franchise history continued at Progressive Field on Tuesday night, as the Indians fell to the Oakland A's again, their 25th loss in their past 30 games.
The A's wasted no time jumping on Zach McCallister, putting two runs on the board in the second, with Brandon Moss and Adam Rosales coming through with RBI singles.
One inning later, Moss hurt the Tribe again, this time blasting a two-run homer to center to make it a 4-0 game.
Chris Carter followed that up with a solo shot to right center in the fourth, and the rout was on, as the A's cruised to a 7-0 win.
McCallister lasted only four-and-a third innings, giving up five runs on nine hits, before giving way to the bullpen. By then, the damage had been done.
