"The Biggest Loser" at-home winner Rebecca Meyer stopped in Cleveland today on a cross-country tour to participate in fitness events.

Meyer, season 8 at-home $100,000 winner, was part of today's Cleveland River Run. She's taking on a 50 by 30 Challenge - participating in a fitness event in all 50 states by the time she's 30 - to encourage others to be active.

"Everywhere I go, people ask me why the heck I'm doing my 50 in 50 by 30 Challenge. The short answer is it's my way of spreading the word that fitness is obtainable for the everyday person," said Meyer. "The Cleveland River Run also has a walking option, so it's just the type of event that is great for the beginner or the experienced runner, and a perfect venue for me to encourage others to join the fun and get healthy."

Cleveland was stop No. 25 and made Ohio the 13th state completed so far in 2012.
