SAYBROOK TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) - An Ashtabula County Sheriff's Deputy busted for drunk driving in Saybrook Township over the weekend.
Julius Petro was arrested at 2:26 a.m. on Sunday, September 9 on State Route 531.
An Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper spotted the deputy drive left of center while in his personal car. After the deputy was pulled over, it was discovered he had been drinking.
His blood alcohol content registered at .097.
Petro pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on Monday. This is his first drunk driving offense.
