A US Bank branch in Maple Heights was robbed at about 1:10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12.
The robbery occurred at 5384 Northfield Road. The suspect was described as a black man, in his 30s or 40s, wearing a dark-colored Kangol hat, leather jacket, button-down shirt and dark pants.
The suspect left on foot heading southbound from the bank. He presented a note, no violence occurred and no one was hurt.
Police say the suspect is also suspected in another bank robbery. The previous one occurred at Huntington Bank on September 4th, in Maple Heights.
FBI reward money is available for information leading to the successful arrest and prosecution of the individual suspected in this robbery. Huntington Bank is also offering a reward of $5,000 for information leading to the successful arrest and prosecution of the individual suspected in this robbery.
