Berea (WOIO) - Legendary running back Jim Brown called Trent Richardson "ordinary" after the Browns traded up to draft the Alabama star third overall in April's draft, but after watching Richardson's performance in Cincinnati on Sunday, the Hall of Fame back changed his tune. Now the two will meet at Browns Stadium this weekend.
"It will be an honor...he's a legend" said Richardson following Wednesday's practice. "It will raise the stakes".
There is one other running back who'd like to be invited to the party...Bills star C.J. Spiller, who, ironically enough, is the first NFL back since Brown to average 10 yards per carry through his first two games. Spiller has run for 292 yards on 29 carries.
