NEW BERN, NC (CNN/WCTI) - We've all been there. We've been upset when the vending machines take our money and don't give us the goods. So what do you do?
A North Carolina woman went to extremes. Surveillance cameras captured her setting fire to a soda machine at a Piggly Wiggly grocery store.
Debra Johnson was arrested Monday and charged with two felonies.
She didn't want her face shown in court.
The store surveillance footage shows a woman kicking the machine. She then lights the fire, grabs a drink from another vending machine and walks away. Minutes later, flames shoot out, melting all $35 worth of change and whatever else was left inside.
Johnson waived her right to an attorney and refused to pay the $10,000 bond.
