AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Prosecutors continue to build their case against the teen suspect in the Craigslist murder plot.
16-year-old Brogan Rafferty faces multiple charges, including four counts of murder.
Rafferty and 52-year-old Richard Beasley are accused of luring men to a farm in Noble County through a Craigslist ad that promised work.
Three men were killed, a fourth man was shot, but survived.
The ex-wife and son of murder victim Timothy Kern were on the witness stand on Tuesday morning.
Both described how they became suspicious when he (Kern) didn't contact them after he left for the Craigslist job. Kern's ex-wife found an email on his computer from the person offering the job. An FBI agent then described how they traced the email to Richard Beasley.
