Casino dealer charged

RAW: Horseshoe casino cheater caught on tape

The State Casino Control Commission says 30 people to date have now been indicted for crimes at the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Cleveland.

One of the newest cases involves a dealer.

The Cuyahoga County Prosecutors office has charged Ryan Straker with theft.  He is accused of stealing 3 chips worth $500 each.

Authorities tell us all of the other cases involve charges against gamblers.

Earlier this week we obtained exclusive video showing the first gambler caught cheating at Cleveland's new downtown casino.  Russell Heidenreich was the cheater caught in that video and he received probation and a fine for his charges.

Investigators tell us they expect to see some people testing the limits, seeing what they can and can't get away with at a new casino.

Seems even a dealer can't beat the security.
