Tyshawn Kimmie sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 24 years.
Kimmie was convicted of shooting 15-year-old Danica Nelson this summer.
The victim was running with friends, trying to escape bullets being fired by Kimmie and Jontez Robinson.
Nelson was pronounced dead at the hospital. Two other victims were shot but not fatally wounded. The shootings took place in Arbor Park Estates.
On October 26, 2012, Kimmie was found guilty by a jury of one count of murder, one count of wreckless homicide, and two counts of Felonious Assault.
Robinson's trial is scheduled for December 10, 2012.
