Fugitives James McAlpine and Courtney Greene have been taken into custody in Texas. The dangerous duo was wanted in Cleveland for two separate killings.
They were arrested without incident today at 3:30 a.m., at an America's Inn in Houston, Texas by the US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offender Task Force.
They are accused of killing Keisha Freeman, who was killed on September 11. They are also the suspects in the shooting death of Reshaun Foster who was killed October 21. McAlpine is also a person of interest in a third.
When we checked McAlpine's background, we found he was also involved in the drive-by shooting that left Brianna Hines, an innocent teenager handicapped. Someone else pulled the trigger in that incident, but McAlpine did serve time in prison for his role.
Both are currently in the Harris County jail awaiting extradition to Cleveland.
