OHIO (WOIO) - Incumbent Sherrod Brown won re-election for the U.S. Senate.
Brown, a Democrat, faced Ohio treasurer Josh Mandel.
Mandel said he would have opposed the auto bailout and made efforts to trim the budget as the state's treasurer. But Brown was a champion for the auto industry and domestic manufacturing.
After declaring victory Tuesday, Senator Brown lost his voice, and his wife delivered most of this speech.
