FOSTORIA, OH (WOIO) - Two children and their mother were killed when the car they were riding in ran a stop sign.
The crash occurred Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. in Hopewell Township, Seneca County.
Terry Bryant was driving Westbound on TR112 and Kristopher Stafford was driving Southbound on CR7. Bryant ran the stop sign at CR7 and was struck in the passenger side door by Stafford's vehicle. Both vehicles traveled off the south side of the roadway and overturned several times.
Bethany Garner, 25, was the front right passenger in Bryant's vehicle. She was not wearing a safety belt and was ejected from the vehicle and pronounce deceased at the scene by the Seneca County Coroner.
Skyler Bryant, 7, was the middle rear passenger. Skyler was wearing a safety belt and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Seneca County Coroner.
Arianna Bryant, 5, was the right rear passenger. Arianna was ejected from the vehicle and transported to Toledo St. Vincent Hospital by Life Flight with critical injuries.
Angel Bryant, 4, was the left rear passenger. Angel was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene by the Seneca County Coroner.
Stafford, 28, was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Toledo St. Vincent Hospital by Life Flight.
OSHP Fremont Post was assisted at the scene by OSHP crash reconstruction and the Seneca County Sheriff's Office. Bascom Fire and EMS, Seneca County Coroner, and Life Flight also assisted at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and no charges have been issued.
