Independence (WOIO) - Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving was cleared to resume practicing on Monday and is expected to be available to play against the Lakers Tuesday night.
Irving has missed the last 11 games with a broken left index finger. In ten games this season, Irving is averaging 22.9 points a game.
However, the Cavaliers will most likely be without rookie guard Dion Waiters. He was not cleared to practice on Monday. He has a sprained left ankle.
