During an appearance on ESPN's SportsCenter, Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon may have accidentally let the cat out of the bag as to who will start at quarterback for Washington on Sunday against the Browns.
During an interview, Garcon said, "We have a little bit tougher of a task with Kirk starting."
Kirk would be rookie quarterback Kirk Cousins. Starter Robert Griffin III left last Sunday's game against Baltimore with a sprained ligament in his left knee.
"We have to play well around Kirk so Kirk doesn't feel like he has to save the team and help him to be a comfortable as possible," Garcon went on to say.
Cousins rallied the Redskins to a win with a touchdown in the fourth quarter and a drive that lead to the game-winning field goal in overtime.
