EUCLID, OH (WOIO) - A 12-year-old boy remains locked up in the juvenile detention center after allegedly bringing an unloaded gun to school on Thursday.
The unloaded .380 caliber semi-automatic weapon - plus ammunition - was found in the 6th grader's locker at Central Middle School in Euclid.
Police tell 19 Action News they are still investigating where the boy got the gun, but it may have been from a family member.
Charges are pending.
Also on Thursday at the same school, police say a 13-year-old boy was busted for having what's believed to be marijuana.
