The school shooting in Connecticut made us wonder what's happening with guns in Cleveland schools.
The district says so far this year two students have been caught with guns at city schools -- just three last year.
That does not include what happened Wednesday. At Almira Elementary, a 10 year old got caught with a bb gun. He's been suspended.
Things have changed since 2007. At Cleveland's SuccessTech Academy, young Asa Coon shot and wounded four people before killing himself.
Now every Cleveland school has metal detectors. The district has added cameras and it has started programs targeting social and emotional needs of students.
But the shooting in Connecticut involved an adult.
Cleveland schools say they have very few problems with adults, though it does happen. Last year, a man was arrested with a loaded gun on school property. He'd gotten involved in a dispute over a parking space.
