$2M Powerball prize claimed in trust

The winner of a second-tier $2 million Powerball prize drawn November 28 has claimed their prize in Trust.

Deviani M. Kuhar of Cleveland is Trustee of The LCA Claiming Trust. The Trust receives $1,420,000 after mandatory Federal and State tax withholdings totaling 29%.

The $2M ticket was sold at the BP station and Uni-Mart on West 117th Street in Cleveland. The ticket holder matched all five numbers, but the Powerball. The lucky ticket holder said yes to the Powerplay when buying the ticket, which increased the winning amount!

The Cleveland store will receive a $1,000 agent bonus for selling.
