Pierce'd! Cavs Fall Again In Boston

Boston (WOIO) - Paul Pierce threw down a game-high 40 points, and Rajon Rondo added 20 and 8 assists, as the Celtics held off the Cavaliers on Wednesday, 103-91.

The Cavs were playing without Andy Varejao, who injured his knee against the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday, and Daniel Gibson.

Kyrie Irving led the Cavaliers with 22 points.

With the loss, the Cavs fall to 5-22.
