The Browns will interview Oregon's Chip Kelly on Friday

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and team CEO Joe Banner is in Arizona to interview Oregon head coach Chip Kelly on Friday.  Kelly will coach the Ducks in the Fiesta Bowl on Thursday night.

"I don't expect anything," Kelly said on Wednesday during media availability for the Fiesta Bowl.  "I've said this a million times, I'm never surprised by anything.  I don't know what the future holds.  I do know the future holds we have a football game tomorrow night and I'm going to be there."

Kelly runs a high-powered offense at Oregon that averaged more than 50 points a game in 2012.

It's widely believed Kelly is the Browns top choice to coach the team.  The Eagles are another team that has Kelly as their top target.  He will also interview with the Buffalo Bills sometime this weekend.

Banner interviewed Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton on Tuesday.  Horton said his interview went well with the team.  The interview satisfied the NFL's "Rooney Rule" which states teams must interview a minority candidate for a head coaching or general manager position.
