SOLON, OH (WOIO) - A 28-year-old Cleveland man charged with passing bad bills.
Jerome P. Robinson was arrested on New Year's Eve after it was discovered that he had passed or attempted to pass counterfeit $50 bills at various locations in Solon.
Robinson had also filed a false police report the previous day at Solon PD after he had attempted to pass some of the counterfeit bills in Cleveland and the Cleveland Police had been called. He made up a story about getting the counterfeit bills from the PNC bank in Solon and was told that he would have to file a report about it in Solon.
Robinson was additionally charged with Falsification.
