PORTAGE COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

The Portage County Drug Task Force, after receiving several complaints over the past four months of drug use and prostitution on Gilbert Road in Paris Township, arrested Lisa B. Carneal, 35, and Richard C. Roberts, 59.

Lisa Carneal was charged with soliciting and possession of heroin. Richard Roberts was charged with promoting prostitution and permitting drug abuse.

According to Sheriff David W.
