A man shot and seriously wounded by Cleveland Police has now been indicted.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutors have filed a series of charges against Roy Rudisill. Last October, police shot and wounded him near W. 97th and Lorain. They say he came at them with a wrench.
Rudisill has been indicted for felony assault, inducing panic, aggravated menacing and more. He had even made a 911 call to police predicting officers would shoot him.
The charges come as federal investigators are reviewing the overall use of force by Cleveland police.
It is not clear why the charges are just coming now--six months after the incident.
