Lou Marson to be activated off DL

The Indians are going to be getting one of their injured players back, hopefully on Wednesday.

Catcher Lou Marson, who went on the disabled list on April 6 because of a strained neck, should be back in a Tribe uniform on Wednesday when they take on Chicago.

Also, center fielder Michael Bourn could have his stitches removed from his right index finger on Thursday.  Bourn needed the stitches after having his finger stepped on when he slid into first base against the White Sox on April 14.  He is eligible to come off the DL on April 30.

As for pitchers Blake Wood and Josh Tomlin, both are recovering from Tommy John surgery.  Wood will throw some simulated games in Goodyear, Arizona.  Tomlin will be able to throw bullpen sessions in Arizona as well.
