Prison for the North Olmsted man who made threats against local judges and cops on Facebook.
William Bement was sentenced to 17 months in prison.
On February 6, Bement, 27, posted threatening messages to his Facebook account. The suspect had been recently sentenced to probation in Rocky River Municipal Court on a DUI charge.
Bement then posted a message regarding how he disliked Rocky River Municipal Court and urged people to 'kill local judges and police.'
Bement claimed he was simply venting.
He pleaded guilty to attempted retaliation in March. In addition to his prison term, he must also stay away from Judge Donna Fitzsimmons, her family and the Rocky River Municipal Court Building.
