AKRON, OH (WOIO) - The Summit County Drug Unit busted a marijuana growing operation in Akron.

It happened at a home in the 900 block of Johnson Street on Tuesday.

A search of the home yielded 68 marijuana plants, approximately six pounds of marijuana, lamps, filters, two handguns and two shotguns.

Summit County Children's Services was notified after a 4-year-old child was found in the home.

Charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
