Charges have now been filed against the Parma man accused of killing a transgender woman.
Andre Bridges, 36, is charged with aggravated murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.
Bridges was arraigned Friday afternoon and the judge set bond a $5 million.
The victim, Carl Acoff, was found in an Olmsted Township pond April 17.
Cuyahoga County Prosecutors say Acoff had a rope tied around the waist and knotted from behind. The rope was attached to a piece of concrete and steel pipe.
