The Indians won a baseball game in Philadelphia for the first time since 1954 when they beat the Phillies 10-4 on Wednesday afternoon.
Jason Kipnis slugged a three-run homer and finished the day with three hits and three RBIs to pace the offense. Asdrubal Cabrera, Nick Swisher and Mark Reynolds all finished with two RBIs on the day. Mike Aviles added a solo homer.
Corey Kluber tossed six innings of three run ball, he did not walk a batter and struck out five. He earned the win to climb to 3-2 on the year.
The Indians improved to 22-17 on the year. They are off Thursday and will host Seattle on Friday night.
