Kipnis lifts Tribe past Seattle

Jason Kipnis hit a walk off three-run homer in the 10th inning to give the Indians a 6-3 win over Seattle. It was the seventh home run of the year for Kipnis, who is one of the hottest hitters in baseball right now.

Ubaldo Jimenez had another good start, that is four in a row for the right hander. Jimenez pitched into the sixth inning, he allowed two runs and struck out nine. Rich Hill relieved him in the 6th and promptly gave up a two-run home run to Raul Ibanez that tied the game at 3.

Michael Bourn had three hits on the night and Drew Stubbs added a solo homer to help pace the Cleveland offense.

The Indians improved to 23-17 on the year.
