Hollywood crews are filming in Cleveland, and that may mean problems for anyone coming downtown.

Two downtown streets are already blocked off, portions of East 6th and Rockwell.

Commuters and downtown businesses are anxious about what's ahead.

Filming for "Captain America: Winter Soldier" starts Monday on Rockwell between E. 9th and West Mall and on East 6th from Superior to St. Clair.

Some businesses are already reaping the rewards - like a casino parking lot. It was full Sunday night, occupied by trailers and semi trucks full of equipment.

But other downtown businesses fear they'll be left in the wake of all the Hollywood action rather than riding the wave.

"There's going to be limited access, but we have no idea when it's going to be limited," said 3rd Quiznos owner Tesh Patel. "It could be limited access during lunch time which is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., that 75% of our business for the day."

Good news for commuters - the two parking garages on Rockwell will still be accessible for the duration of the filming.
