Fall River, Mass. (WOIO) - Former New England Patriots right end Aaron Hernandez was indicted Thursday on first-degree murder and weapons charges.
The six-count grand jury indictment charges Hernandez in the death of a friend, Odin Lloyd, whose bullet-riddled body was found in an industrial park about a mile from the ex-player's home.
Hernandez then had a court appearance in Attleboro, where the case was delayed until August 30th. Hernandez continues to be held without bail at a county jail.
