Taliban attacks Consulate, Hate crimes in Cleveland, A Shaker High assault, Serial rapist in custody

Good Friday morning Northeast Ohio

Some breaking news out of Afghanistan, where the Taliban have attacked a US Consulate in Herat. Two Afghan Police officers and one security guard were killed in the attack. No Americans were killed. We'll be updating you throughout the morning.

After a series of hate crimes against gays in Cleveland,  several members of the community are making a plan to help stop the violence. With the Gay Games coming to Cleveland next year, they are worried about the safety of those in attendance. Jen Harcher is bringing you the latest details.

A disturbing situation at a local school, and parents want answers. A 16 year old boy is facing charges in a sexual assault case that happened at Shaker High School. Shannon Davidson is live from Shaker High as the investigation unfolds.

Suspected serial rapist Gregory Fitzgerald, Jr. has been arrested and is facing at least one charge of rape, but will go before a grand jury for 3 more cases. Victims and their families speak out to 19 Action News.
