AKRON, OH (WOIO) - A 36-year-old man is now in custody, accused of murdering a man in Akron late Thursday.
It happened just before 11 p.m. in the 1400 block of Alphada Avenue.
19 Action News has learned the 21-year-old man was shot following an argument. He was rushed to Akron City Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The victim has yet to be identified pending family notification.
On Friday morning, Akron homicide detectives, along with members of the U.S. Marshal's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Marcus Turner in connection with the shooting.
Turner is being charged with aggravated murder and felonious assault.
