Marcus Cross was charged with one count of bank robbery Tuesday in federal court.
Cross is accused of robbing the Huntington National Bank in Richmond Heights on August 15, 2013.
As you recall, as he entered the bank a shot was fired that hit the back wall. No one was injured.
Cross was arrested Monday evening by members of the FBI's Violent Crimes Task Force.
He was held in the Cuyahoga County jail last night and charges were filed today.
Another suspect involved in this bank robbery is still on the run.
Cops say Cross was located and arrested based on a "tipster" calling in after seeing Cross' picture and information on the news.
