Future first round draft pick pulled over driving 110 mph
University of South Carolina linebacker and future first round NFL draft pick Jadeveon Clowney has been the talk of college football this season. His production has dipped in the 2013. One theory suggests Clowney is holding back to avoid injury before the NFL draft, which raises red flags to NFL scouts regarding his character. One more major red flag was raised Saturday night.
A South Carolina Highway Patrol officer pulled Clowney over Saturday night and ticketed for doing 110 mph in a 70 mph zone. He was driving his Chrysler 300.
NFL scouts will certainly take this incident into account when evaluating Clowney as a potential draft pick. He has not yet commented on his speeding ticket as of Monday afternoon.
