Heat is slowly being restored at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center in Cleveland.
Officials tell 19 Action News a pipe burst overnight on 5th Floor. Crews were able to fix the problem, and as of 9:30 a.m. Friday, the heat was slowing being restored.
"It's taking awhile to heat up because the building is so large and we have different pockets, so some parts of the building are heating up more quickly than others," said Chief Deputy Pinkney. "But we are in good shape."
At 2 p.m., the Cleveland Clerk of Courts Office Civil Division on the Second Floor closed. However, the 3rd Floor window where people pay traffic tickets WILL remain open.
